Welcome to My World of Podcasting and Content Creation!
My name is Daps and I'm a Podcaster based in the Northeast of England in a booming and thriving city called Newcastle. The year is 2025 January 10th, and in less than thirty-days I'll be living in this city for six years. When I first moved here I knew that I wanted to get into Media Production. So I applied for the available jobs and didn't receive any interests from employers. I immediately thought that a lack of response from employers probably meant that I didn't possess the right skills and experience, so I decided to up-skill and focus on the areas I wanted to support my future clients with.
A few years pass and I'm now producing podcasts and social media content for high profile clients. At this point, if you're still reading my blog, you'll probably be wondering how I achieved all of this? Here's how.

Learn The Necessary Skills:
YouTube still remains my favourite Search Engine / Website in the world. Anything is possible to learn if you can search for it.
Practice The Skills you've learned:
Once you've learned the skill or skills from YouTube. The best part is putting all you've learned into practice i.e you can now start editing that video or audio you were afraid to attempt editing in the first place. "It's ok you know. You'll get better over time"
Let The World Know You're that Guy/Gal:
Don't be afraid to tell people that you understand 'The Skill' and are willing to help them. Use Social Media to promote yourself by posting 'The Skill' as consistently as you can.
Start Your own Business:
Once you've had a go at freelancing for a few clients. it's time to make things official. I hope whilst you were learning and practicing the skill you were forming an Idea of your brand, because when you start your business, branding will be everything.
Your Brand must immediately be recognisable. You're a big Deal! You're Him / Her.
Anyone can learn a new skill, anyone can start a company, anyone can build a brand. And that brand can fill a void and serve the community or world at large. Be the right 'Anyone,' be You. The Real You!
